Need help reigning in overall or targeted costs?

Restaurant Evaluations at $96 hourly.

Evaluation Process:

  • With an overall evaluation we look at your financials, operational structure, labor, menu, software use, guest experience, management style, service flow, and your goals. After analyzing the data we meticulously collect, we will lay out our recommendations to you. Targeted evaluations are usually faster depending on its complexity.

Why getting a restaurant evaluation can turn things around:

  • You and your team are in it. The day to day grind can cause tunnel vision and we know how much is on your plate. Outsider perspective is extremely valuable to help change what isn’t working. These evaluations can often be done within a couple days once we receive all needed info and data, giving you quick insight into our recommendations.

Why do we approach our services with a psychological and empathetic approach?

  • At the end of the day this industry is about people: Yourself, your team, and your clients. As the owner and/or team leader, your mental health and management style are some of the most important tools and asset you have. Team Member satisfaction and well being is more and more front and center, and for good reason. The happier and satisfied your team is, the less turnover you will have (it’s also clearly just the right thing to strive for). Your clients, future and return guests, are who will make or break your business. People are generally forgiving, but they must feel heard and understood. They are the ones spending money at your establishment after all. Before a guest even walks through your door, they are subconsciously evaluating and judging everything they are taking in. It’s important every team member knows this. Dirty bathroom? They think you most likely have a dirty kitchen. Unorganized or chaotic front of the house? They’re thinking this place has poor structure and they’re probably feeling a little anxiety which doesn’t allow them to fully appreciate their experience. It all comes down to psychology and how we all perceive each other and our surroundings.
